Administration Assistant


Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Order Processing for International Sales
Transport/Logistics quotations and bookings
Raising Proforma Invoices
International Customer Support
Preparation of Quotations and updating customer prices
Filling all paperwork in an organised and appropriate manner
Answer and Direct all incoming calls
Provide general support to visitors
General Office Duties

Personal Qualities:

Ability to be flexible as and when required
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Organisational Skills
Punctual, Professional and with natural Enthusiasm

Required Experience:

Administration, Office Work: 1 Year
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent Time Management Skills
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Hours of Work: 8.15am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday, 8.15am - 4.00pm Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

administration: 1 year (Preferred)
administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
